In a sautÈ pan, sautÈ halibut with mushrooms in wine until done. About one minute before halibut is done add shrimp to pan to heat. Place halibut on dinner plate and using slotted spoon put mushrooms and shrimp on top of fish. Top this with mornay sauce. Sprinkle parsley flakes and paprika on top of sauce for color. Use thin or butterflied cut of halibut or they won`t cook through.
